Information you provide
We collect contact details, event requirements and job application information that you choose to submit. Optional documents may include event plans or resumes. Do not submit sensitive identity or financial information.
How we use information
We use submissions to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, coordinate requested services and consider crew applications for current and future paid work opportunities. Authorized staff use private operational records and Google Workspace services to manage this work.
Documents and access
Uploaded documents are restricted to authorized staff. We do not intentionally publish resumes or event plans. We use security controls to protect records, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep information
We review general inquiries and unsuccessful quotes for deletion after 12 months. Records may be retained longer when needed for an active business relationship, a legal obligation, or the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
We retain crew applications for consideration for future work opportunities and review them annually for relevance and current contact information. After 24 months without contact, we remove applicants from the active recruiting list. Underlying application records may be retained longer where applicable recordkeeping requirements or legal holds apply. Applicants may ask to withdraw from future consideration at any time.
Our retention process covers website records, uploaded documents and associated records in Google Sheets and email. Deletion follows a review of applicable obligations rather than a blanket automatic deadline.
Backup copies
Deleted information may remain in restricted backup copies until those backups expire. Backups we manage are normally retained for no longer than 90 days, unless needed for an unresolved recovery issue or legal hold. Hosting-provider backups expire according to the provider’s retention schedule. Backup copies are used for recovery, not ongoing recruiting or marketing. If a backup is restored, applicable deletion and withdrawal requests are reapplied.
Privacy requests
To request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, or to withdraw from consideration for future crew opportunities, email adriel@thecleanscenecompany.events. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Some information may need to be retained to meet applicable obligations.
Form security
Our website uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated or malicious form submissions. Cloudflare may process technical information about your browser and connection to check the submission. We use this check to protect our forms. Learn more in Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
Cookies
Essential cookies may support secure forms and administrator login. This build does not add advertising trackers.
